Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, with all costs clearly displayed at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–6 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. If your item is faulty or not as described, return shipping is on us. For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

That motion is bred into the Messenger bag, the bag that started on San Francisco streets in 1989. Thirty years on, the one-handed aluminium buckle still cinches the strap mid-stride, and the OrthoLite pad keeps the load off your neck on the long carry. What changed is the weather: a weatherproof shell and a waterproof liner now keep the rain out, whereas the original used to let it in. Switch the strap to either shoulder, drop in a 16" laptop and two bottles, and choose your colour from a wall of them. Most bags come and go on a cycle. This one earns its scuffs and turns them into a story.
