1. Where is my package?

After you place your order, it takes 2-6 business days to process it and 4-6 business days before it is delivered, provided you order before 5:00 PM. If these days have passed, please contact our customer service.

2. Where can I find my track & trace code?

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code. Also, check your spam; sometimes, our emails end up there. Please note that your  Track & Trace link may take a while to become active. You can track your order with the Track & Trace number you received by email. Fill in the Track & Trace on our  Track & Trace page to see the status of your delivery. 

3: What if my package hasn’t arrived?

Delays are rare but can happen. Please check your tracking link for updates or contact us if it’s been more than 5–7 business days past the expected delivery date.

4. Can I change my address?

In case you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you can still change it before your order ships. In some cases, minimal address changes can be applied after the order ships.

Make sure to contact us as soon as possible if you want to change the address.

5. How much does shipping cost? 

Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders.

6. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit and debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, etc) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for seamless, contactless payments.

7. Can I return an item?

Yes. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return unused and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery. Full details are available in our Returns Policy link.

9. What happens if my order is missing?

If your delivery is delayed or you believe your order is missing, please contact us at  hello@hotsincemonday.com   or via our Contact Form link, and we’ll work quickly to resolve it.
